What the structure does

  • Loop pull measures 42 mm across the opening, with a boxed zip base.
  • Centre-back vent opens 46 cm up from the hem.
  • Front hem 14 cm shorter than the back.
  • Fully lined so it slides over what is underneath.

Where it stops working

  • It is a long coat. Getting the second arm in is the difficult part and often needs help.
  • The vent reduces bunching but does not remove it.

Seated measurements — jackets and coats

These are seated measurements. They are not the same as a standing size chart, so please measure rather than assume. If you are between two sizes, tell us and we will say which one we would send.

Seated chest
Sitting upright and wearing what you would wear underneath, measure right round the fullest part of the chest.
Seated back length
Sitting upright, measure down the spine from the bone at the base of the neck to the seat of the chair.
Front length
Sitting down, measure from the shoulder down the front to where the hem should stop. On this line the front is cut shorter than the back on purpose.
