What the structure does
- Full-length opening down the centre back.
- Front is a complete uncut panel, so the shirt looks ordinary from the front.
- Four flat tapes along the back opening.
- Lays flat when the back is open.
Where it stops working
- Tying behind your own back is not realistic for most people. This item needs a second pair of hands, and we have marked it as such.
- The back opening is visible if you take your jacket off.

These are seated measurements. They are not the same as a standing size chart, so please measure rather than assume. If you are between two sizes, tell us and we will say which one we would send.
- Seated chest
- Sitting upright, measure right round the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level under the arms.
- Seated back length
- Sitting upright, measure down the spine from the bone at the base of the neck to the seat of the chair.
- Sleeve length
- With the elbow bent as it rests, measure from the shoulder point along the outside of the arm to the wrist.
